We’ve tested both the case power button and tried shorting the power switch pins directly on the motherboard (JFP1), but still no response. My cricut (craft printer) has rubber rollers in it that have deteriorated and need to be replaced. It’s out of warranty and there are no service centres in Australia! I recently reinstalled Windows on my Dell laptop due to a virus, and I’m now using Windows 11. Since then, my headphones haven’t been connecting when plugged in.
