I have an old Surface Pro 4 that needs its battery replaced. I have purchased the IFIXIT kit (https://www.ifixit.com/en-au/products/surface-pro-4-battery) but now looking at the steps (https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Microsoft+Surface+Pro+4+Battery+Replacement/60358), I am not confident in completing this replacement myself. All parts will be provided - so the job is to follow the above steps and perform the battery replacement without damaging the computer or screen.

I have a number of devices for my newborn which require certain network settings to operate. I’ve gotten some working (ie I’ve turned off band steering, moved to 2.4Ghz, amended SSID) - but it seems to have now caused issues with my printer and home (smart) doorbell. Looking for someone experienced with Ubiquiti / UniFi networking to help configure a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro with both NBN HFC and Starlink, with one connection as the primary internet and the other as automatic failover backup. This was previously working with one as main and the other as failover, but it now seems difficult to switch the two connections around correctly. Ideally, I would like NBN HFC as the primary WAN and Starlink as failover, with the WAN ports/settings checked and the failover tested. This should hopefully be a straightforward fix for someone with proper UniFi dual-WAN experience. Onsite in Sydney Eastern Suburbs / Kingsford preferred, but remote assistance may also be possible.

The pattern of connecting briefly then dropping suggests something is interfering with the controller maintaining a stable connection to Harvia's cloud servers. **Some possible causes I've identified (but haven't been able to confirm or fix):** - DHCP lease instability — the router may be reassigning the controller's IP address, breaking the cloud connection.
