Hello. We are using an old piece of equipment (photographic film scanner) that only runs on a combination of XP and WIN 7. The XP computer (top one in photo ) needs to receive the scanned files from the computer the scanner runs on (WIN7 - bottom one in photo ), so the 2 computers need to talk to eachother. But currently they aren’t “seeing” eachother. Can you visit and set them up so they are seeing eachother as a network connection ? We have network cables.

My internet is technically working, but the setup’s pretty terrible. The telephone socket is inside the wardrobe, so I’ve had to run the D-Link router (I’m with Flip) out onto my bedroom floor—looks awful and isn’t great for performance. I’ve tried to fix it with Google mesh (pucks): one connects fine, but the second one powers on and connects to Wi-Fi, it just won’t talk to the main puck. The internet is also really slow and keeps dropping out. I’ve attached a photo of me trying to get the bastard parts to talk to each other. Please help!

My Dad has a FTTB in a big appartments block. One of the major NBN companies. For the past year he had about 10-15 episodes when internet stop working completely and sometimes it was resolved by the company tech support quickly sometimes it takes a very long time. We need a knowledgeable person to run through connections and help to restore / fix connectivity issues. Just an add up that internet isn’t working for past few days.
