Installed some Windows 10 updates (not 11). After doing so, when I attempt to login to my main user, I get the error code “ Your credentials cannot be verified.” and “Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (status: 0x000006d, substatus: Oxc0070005). Click to set up your PIN again.“ I have tried several troubleshooting efforts: forgot pin, Safe Mode entry, recovery point, etc; however each time I am ultimately required to enter password and some error occurs.

Hi team, looking for an IT helpdesk professional asap to resolve a frustrating Wifi issue that has occurred on my Windows 11 PC as of today. Post the latest updates from Windows, it is now not allowing me to search for any wifi signals in my area. The error flagged is “The driver for your Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz network adapter isn’t running.” I have tried countless times to restart, uninstall the problematic update and also update the driver to no avail. I know the wifi signal is working as my iPhone is able to connect to it with no issues. Requesting assistance from anyone that can resolve this tonight. Thanks
