We have just moved into a new home and are having serious internet/phone issues... we've had NBN out twice and the internet works on most devices now but not all. We've spoken to Telstra & have tried troubleshooting ourselves but need help ASAP please!!!

My gaming PC has been experiencing a boot issue , I turn it on and the pc tower lights and fans come on but my monitor turns on and remains on a lit black screen. I briefly resolved the issue by taking out one of the ram sticks and putting the other one In A different slot but it now won’t boot at all.

Complete any prep required and install 2x M.2 NVMe SSD storage into the 2nd and 3rd slots of my gaming PC. Will need to remove GPU to perform operation and put it back in correctly once done. GPU is currently propped up by a mounting bracket.
