I’m moving out of my rental property and need a small burnt patch 2cm x 2.5cm on the carpet professionally repaired before my end-of-lease inspection. The damaged area is quite small and the rest of the carpet is in good condition. I don’t have any spare/matching carpet available, so I’m looking for someone experienced in carpet patch repairs who can advise on the best way to match and repair the area as seamlessly as possible. If required, I’m open to using a small donor piece from a discreet area such as inside a wardrobe, provided this can be done neatly.

At one doorway the edge of carpet has lifted slightly and needs to be re-affixed onto the straightedge underneath.

Looking for someone to Install carpet to 3 bedrooms. There will be myself and one other older tradesmen on site to help. Needs to be done in the morning, 7 - 7:30am start. Grippers, door threshold transition and underlay are already installed. You’ll need to bring with you carpet seam iron and seam tape and the usual install gear.
