I need someone with the right equipment to: 1. Carpet • Extract water using a wet vac or carpet extractor. • Set up blower fan and/or dehumidifier to dry the carpet & underlay. • Apply a light antimicrobial treatment to prevent mold. 2. Ceiling • Clean the affected patch of ceiling with an anti-mold solution (vinegar/bleach wipe or similar). • Make sure it’s dry and treated so the stain doesn’t turn into mold. • (Repainting/repairs not required — my flatmate is a builder and will handle that later). Carpet patching for 2 spots

Newly installed carpet was not cut for the wardrobe door track. Now it’s cut, tack strips need installing to keep the carpet stretched. The strips are for concrete floors which I have. The wardrobe doors and tracks will be removed prior to your arrival so you just need to secure the tack strips to the concrete and pull the carpet onto them. Need someone with carpet installation experience who knows what they’re doing. Cheers!

Carpets need to be photographed. About 20 carpets. 2-3 hours work. Carpets are not heavy, but a lot of lifting and stretching on a ladder required. Also, change some light bulbs. We have 2 ladders, and I will assist. Not Tues or Weds afternoon.

I have an area of carpet that edges onto tiling, which has frayed over time, showing the material beneath the carpet piling. It needs some kind of bridging situation, I believe it's called transition cover trim. I got one from Bunnings and installed it but the carpet just pops it straight up again, so it doesn't work. I need some sort of solution.

Carpet was pulled up in end of hallway to find plumbing leak. Needs to be properly stuck down again. One side needs a ramp as laundry floor is a bit higher than hallway. Doorway to bathroom did n't have a ramp.
