Please help remove old carpet in a two bedroom unit. The carpet is old, worn and dull. I would like to replace it with wooden flooring (I believe engineered wood is what I would go with) .It should be lightly coloured to allow the flat to appear somewhat brighter. Please see old stock photos from the property guide. Note: I am still in the process of establishing a price as I do not know what the typical going-rate is for this work. The total carpeted area will be closely corresponding to the two bedrooms and living room floor sizes (47.24sqm) as depicted on the attached floorplan. Thanks

I have had a water leak inside my commercial office and require the old wet carpet to be cut off at a section and removed. Hi, I renovated 15 yeas ago. Having carpet layed in my bedrooms. At the time the floor boards very soft in areas and the builder laid some type of tin product over parts on the floor …. I didn’t need new boards in the bedrooms. Now… I can feel a floor board is broken in another area. Hoping the carpet can be lifted and the area fixed.
