Aged Care facility where we installed new carpet for the client. The previous installer mixed the dye batches in a section of corridor. Approx 7 pieces need to be taken up and replaced. We have all the carpet tiles and materials on site. Also, there are some areas where the seam line is showing about 2mm, and we need to move the carpet tiles back to remove the gap. Approx 3 linear m where this is showing.

I need a professional to supply and install 3x transition strips between my bedroom carpet and ensuite tiles in my Botany apartment. There is a 20mm height difference (tiles are higher than carpet). Dimensions: 2x Doorways: 82cm wide 1x Doorway: 70cm wide Total height to bridge: 20mm Requirements: Supply: Need an architectural-style aluminum "Ramp Reducer" or "L-Trim" (Silver/Anodised finish preferred). Installation: Must be a "Mechanical Fix" (glued/screwed to subfloor). Carpet Finish: Carpet must be stretched and tucked into the trim for a clean, professional finish (no underlay showing).

2 x bedroom transitions need to be fixed and new trim put on (removed floating floors so just need a transition trim put on instead). Main room (worst of them) will probably need some new carpet in that area. I have an off cut from when installed. Second room has just lifted slightly so will probably be fine to be pulled tight and secured with new trim?
