Hi there, I am about to move into an apartment I have bought and looking to replace carpet - I don’t have the exact dimensions until the current tenant moves out on the 10/11. I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to: 1. Remove and dispose of existing carpet and underlay, and 2. Install hybrid vinyl planks (Mariana Oak from Bunnings) in a small apartment (approx. 20–25m² total including bedroom and living area). The metal edging/trim strip at our shop (94 Penshurst St, Willoughby) entrance has come loose and is sticking up from the floor carpet transition (see photo). Need help fixing the carpet edges where they meet the timber flooring in a doorway (please see the photos). The carpets needed to be tucked in properly against the transition strips. There are two carpet edges to be tucked in stair nosings as well. 4 places to fix overall.
