New American oak timber staircase and handrail needs sanding and staining

Two screws have pulled out of bottom hinge of the outer door of my double door hinged corner kitchen cabinet. I need an experienced licensed kitchen installer to fix this small job as soon as possible and to rehang and adjust the doors so the cupboard shuts correctly. The company we purchased them from no longer makes the same finish which is why we can't simply replace the doors.

I need our timber decking and fence cleaned and then stained with 2 coats. Per the photos the deck has a built in bench and fence. With the perimeter fence only the outward facing side needs doing. The timber for both is Merbau decking and to be stained with Merbau stain. I can provide the cleaner and stain, or I can reimburse for the cost. I’ll move everything off the deck.
