Looking for an experienced handyman, cabinet maker, or joiner to repair sections of an under-sink cupboard that were affected by a water leak. The damaged areas are marked in red in the attached photos. Although the leak has been fixed and the cupboard has been drying for several weeks, moisture readings are still showing slight dampness, so we’d like the affected Melamine sections cut out and replaced to prevent future mould or swelling. Important details: * The cabinet is attached/glued to the stone benchtop along the areas marked in blue. * We need someone skilled and confident working around cabinetry fixed to stone tops without causing damage. * The job will likely involve carefully cutting out the damaged Melamine sections in place and fitting replacement sections neatly. * We have already sourced matching board for the replacement pieces. * Looking for a clean, professional finish. We are putting in a new wardrobe and need to replace a piece of timber which is on the side of our mantle with a different size. The timber piece we need removed is 2.1m high x 15cm wide and we want a new, slimmer piece to just go to the end of the mantle (so 2.3m high x 7cm wide.) We have a blackbutt timber deck that was built 12 months ago. It’s due to a good clean, oil and a whitewash stain (as we have had to replace a few of the boards). Just needs a general check up and care, to try avoid any future damage and prolong the quality and life of the deck. Part one runs: 5m by 6m Part two runs: 1.5m by 10m We are happy to purchase the cutek extreme CD50 and the coulour white wash. You will need all your equipment/parts to do the job professionally. It will certainly need two coats and two seperate visits (maybe even three if needs to be washed and dried first).

We have 6 doors we need trimmed at the bottom from replacing the floors. The 5 of 6 doors are already removed. The doors do not need to be rehung.

We are wanting to removed the centre of the exisiting cupboard doors so we can replace it with rattan mesh. This job would be to only cut out the centres, NOT adding the mesh. It's a very large Deck areas that surrounds a pool and Alfresco area. It was laid just over 12 months ago. I require the Deck to be properly cleaned and prepared for staining. I will provide the stain required, and it may require two coats. From the diagram attached, the orange area is 15.6 x 8.2 mtr and the Alfresco area to the left, is approx 5 x 5 mtr.
