I’m renovating my house and just ripped up old tiles in the kitchen. I’d like to understand the current state of the floor (pictures attached). Looking firstly for advice and then a quote: Can the floors be sanded back and stained? Do they need to be replaced? And how much time/money is required to fix them up? Hi there, We need someone to come out and install some walls/windows of plywood or ideally perspex onto our child's bed to prevent them falling out. The measurements are as follows: Back of bed - 1100mm length, 350mm width Side of bed - 2100mm length, 600mm width Window - 350mm length, 400mm width We'd much prefer perspex so he can still see out but appreciate this is more costly.
