I would like to change the wooden frame in the kitchen window

I have a block of Blackwood (approx 1400 x 600) that I would like to use as a dining table. Picture attached. I am looking for someone to fill the small holes with an epoxy, sand it back and finish it. I’m thinking satin water-based polyurethane but I’m open to suggestions if something else would be more suitable. I want it to be durable and very smooth.

I need a person with carpentry skills to replace three pieces of facia timber around my house and garage. I also need three window sills replaced. They will need to be replaced with hardwood timber.
