We have a built in shelving unit with glass that is old and not functional that we need removed and the wall patched so that we can book a bookshelf there instead. Task is to remove the materials (timber and glass), patch up any wall issues (don’t worry about painting) and move the new bookshelf and affix to the wall. See photos.

We have moved and have a laundry under the stairs but currently has our wash tower and a laundry tub. We’d like to remove the laundry tub and install custom bench with small in built sink and shelving for storage and clothes sorting. Budget is 2k for bench and cabinetry but that is flexible based on final design. Sink and tapware will be purchased separately. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail oriented and a perfectionist. We have a modern place so want something contemporary and functional.

Outside deck 4 x4 mtrs needs sanding & stained. We have a slatted fence which also needs a few slats replaced. The photo of the deck is from when it was first put down.

The back patio timber doors are sticking. I think planing/sanding a little bit off the bottom (and sealing them) will allow them to open freely

I have about 40 pieces of stainless steel trim and moldings ranging in size from 10 cm to about 1 metre. Some pieces have small dents that will need to be taken out, all the pieces need buffing. I have a freshly made 8 months old crawler here so I bought her this playpen. https://www.babybunting.com.au/product/tikktokk-little-boss-square-timber-plapen-natural-121285 We like it but it doesnt really open/have a gate. Climbing over it is fine but put a grown adult in it and I feel like I am invading my baby’s space. The panel is made out of wood, it’s quite soft and light. And I want to create an opening/door for me. And I will of course cover for anything you need to buy for it, apart from tools of course. Ideal for a retired person who wants a little project maybe. Let’s chat! Ps : I have been so far unplugging the wood from the plastic hinges but it’s really unpractical to do so wanting a better option
