We have moved and have a laundry under the stairs but currently has our wash tower and a laundry tub. We’d like to remove the laundry tub and install custom bench with small in built sink and shelving for storage and clothes sorting. Budget is 2k for bench and cabinetry but that is flexible based on final design. Sink and tapware will be purchased separately. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is detail oriented and a perfectionist. We have a modern place so want something contemporary and functional.

Climbing over it is fine but put a grown adult in it and I feel like I am invading my baby’s space. The panel is made out of wood, it’s quite soft and light. And I want to create an opening/door for me. And I will of course cover for anything you need to buy for it, apart from tools of course. Ideal for a retired person who wants a little project maybe.
