We are looking to separate the house into dual living by installing a lockable door. The open space was 239cm (high) x 96cm (wide), framing has been installed but can be taken down if needed to start from scratch.

We have three maybe four weather boards that are rotten and need to be replaced because of water damage. Need someone to: - remove the current boards - source and replace the current ones - seal them appropriately - paint them

I would like to remove an existing wall kitchen cabinet (above the microwave) and replace it with two open shelves. Both shelves need to be positioned precisely. The first shelf must be installed directly above the tiles (see photo). There is a power outlet nearby, so care must be taken to avoid drilling into electrical cabling. There is also a power outlet fixed into the cabinet itself. This outlet will need to be removed during the cabinet removal and reinstalled afterwards. The shelves need to be deeper to accommodate a bench-top oven. The current cabinet depth is about 30 cm, and the new shelves should be approximately 50 cm deep. The wall is hard (likely brick or concrete), so appropriate tools and fixings will be required. Due to the presence of electrical wiring and the hard wall, I am looking for someone experienced. I am happy to purchase the required materials from Bunnings if needed. I have made some designs of new internal fitouts for two wardrobes in my house along with fairly accurate measurements - for the master bedroom and my daughters room. Both wardrobes include a series of shelves, drawers and rods to be installed.
