You would need to supply materials (Plywood, hinges) but plywood does not need to be as thick as reference pictures. Rough dimensions 70W / 185 L (However split into 3 I have easy parking & sun covered garage with power to work on the build, For a crafty tradesman wouldn't take much time to build.
