Dismantle and transport pergola with electric blinds – Exeter to Marino A second-hand timber pergola (5.5m x 4m) with electric blinds and a fan needs to be dismantled and transported from Exeter to Marino. - Blinds: 1 x 4.5m and 3 x 1.8m, to be removed in their headboxes and kept straight - The timber posts can be cut off just below the pavers - The roof sheets must be stacked flat and protected so they don’t scratch or crack - Beams are up to 5.5m long, so a truck or long trailer is needed - Parts will be labelled before dismantling, so please keep the labels intact and bundle the parts together - The electrical connections to the blinds and fan will be disconnected by an electrician beforehand - Will need to bring your own tools/ladders. Area will be tiled after installation of pergola Scope of work: Assemble pergola according to manufacturer instructions. Position and level pergola. Secure all posts to footings/slab. Ensure structure is square, stable and fully operational. Remove and dispose of packaging/rubbish (optional - please specify if extra). Re-doing my driveway and need the existing single concrete driveway and crossover demolished and material removed from site. Driveway is approx 3.5m x 6m Crossover is approx 3.5m x 8.7m Also need approx 1m3 soil removed adjacent to my front fence as we are installing a sliding gate.
