A building inspection has shown wood decay on the trim of a patio eaves. I would like it repaired and painted.

“Budget around $200, open to quotes after inspection. Job: Replace one rotten pergola handrail (about 1.96m long) — see photo. Underlying posts appear solid. Painting not required as I can do this myself afterwards.

Install 3000mm X 2250mm EasyShed garden shed, and fix onto concrete slab. Also fit louvred window into shed wall. Rebate concrete slab has alreadybeen poured.

New side gate 1, approx 730mm, would like some light frame with prestained marbau or something similar with sliding bolt to lock New side gate 2, approx 1130. Again would like something similar to gate 1. Neighbour’s driveway gate, needs to be attached to new fence but old fence was falling over, will need realignment.

A plastic panel of pergola roof has been dropped. It needs to be put back.

Just need some driveway lights installed please. 2x holes (on each light) which need to be screwed into driveway. Very easy job. Just don’t have the masonry drill bits. Total of 4 lights. Already have screws and lugs.

I have put all the walls together but need to get them all put together. It is a 3.0m x 0.78m with double sliding doors. Myself and my son are available to hold walls together while they are connected. Base is all ready to for shed. Would prefer it done as soon as possible.

Looking for someone reliable this afternoon to help move approx. 3 cubic metres of rocks/gravel from the driveway to the backyard. Access is straightforward, but the material will need to be moved by wheelbarrow or similar. Happy for you to use your own equipment if you have it (wheelbarrow, shovel etc.), otherwise I can provide basic tools. Would suit someone reasonably fit as it’s manual work, but it’s a simple job and can be knocked over in a couple of hours. Offering $150 for the job. Located in Dinmore and ideally looking for someone who can come this afternoon.

Need help completing the installation of this gable roof EasyShed. The door and front door panel require assembly, and the shed needs to be installed on a grass surface using the supplied ground anchors. Happy to give hand for installation. Needs to get done on Tuesday morning.
