Complete assembly & install 3m x 2.25m EasyShed Job description I have a 3.0m x 2.25m EasyShed gable-roof garden shed that needs the remaining assembly completed and installed in Maribyrnong, VIC. The shed has already been partially assembled: * Back wall is assembled * Roof panels have been assembled * Roof ridge/capping has been assembled The remaining wall/front/door components need to be assembled, then the complete shed needs to be put together, correctly positioned and securely anchored to the existing concrete slab. I have already purchased the EasyShed concrete fixing/anchor kits (2 x 8 packs), which are to be used for installation. The job includes completing the remaining assembly, erecting and squaring the shed, fitting/adjusting the double doors, fitting the supplied door ramps, installing the roof and completed panels, and securely fixing the shed to the concrete. All shed components and accessories are already on site. Experience assembling EasyShed or similar metal garden sheds is strongly preferred. Have a double bay louvre roof pergola to install. Rafter brackets are already installed. Need a hand to get the 9m beam in position, so holes can be marked. Pulldown and drill holes for final install. Job is essentially the initial framework. Can handle installing louvres and need some muscles for the beams. Have hired props from Kennards and am ready to go.

Install 3m x 3m easyshed

We need a small reinforced concrete slab constructed beside our driveway, against the house/boundary fence. The finished slab needs to be approximately 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm thick and completely level/flat, as it will be used as a base for gas bottles. Work required: * Saw-cut and remove a small section of the existing concrete driveway to create sufficient space for the slab. * Existing driveway is approximately 100mm thick. * Approximate saw cuts required: * 1100mm long * 120mm long * Remove and dispose of all cut concrete/rubble. * Excavate/prepare the area as required and provide a suitable compacted base. * Form up the slab. The house/boundary side can form two edges of the area, with formwork required to the remaining exposed edges as appropriate. * Install steel mesh reinforcement, adequately supported within the slab. * Pour a 1100mm × 450mm × 100mm reinforced concrete slab. * Slab must be perfectly level, despite the adjoining driveway being on a fairly steep gradient. * The new slab must not follow the slope of the driveway or simply be poured onto/joined to the sloping driveway. * Neat finished edges and surface. * Remove all waste and leave the area tidy. Access is straightforward from the driveway. I’ve attached photos showing the location and the section of driveway that needs to be cut. Please quote including labour, concrete, reinforcing mesh, formwork/base materials, concrete saw cutting and removal/disposal of the old concrete. Please also let me know if you have experience with small reinforced concrete slabs and whether you have your own concrete saw/equipment.
