We have a Bosch 'Classic' dishwasher. It's about 16 years old but in good condition overall. The main start button is not working very well. We can start a cycle but need to find a sweet spot to connect the circuit. Getting harder to find and start. Door is latching nicely and the washing cycle is fine. We appreciate that any service offering will likely include call-out and investigation to truly determine the right course of action. Model number is SMU50E15AU/01. We're trying 'power off/power on' cycle as recommended by online information.

Apparently error 36 refers to - Error E36 (or E36-10) on a Bosch washing machine indicates a drainage issue, meaning the machine cannot empty water, often due to a blocked filter, clogged drain hose, or a faulty drain pump. Resolve this by cleaning the drain pump filter, checking the hose for kinks, and clearing any obstructions

Bosch dishwasher I think is a SMS63L08AU but the sticker has come off the inn we lip - have posted pictures . I think it’s the pump as I have checked everyone and the impella is spinning but the unit switches off after a couple of clicks when it starts up . Photos of the dishwasher attached . We think it’s around 10years old
