Fix the broken spots of blue board and repaint the facade

Wanting to build blue board wall and painted white, First 3 photos my backyard, Last pic is the inspo.

I have blue board which needs to be filled/ stopped up. Including all joins and screw holes I have attempted myself and started (see photos) and I need it finished. I have the joining tape and some joining compound but may need more. Job includes 1 x full sized wall(2 floor to sealing joins). , 1x 3/4 sized wall (1 floor to ceiling joins) 1x Nib wall (no joins just screw holes) and various small join around windows and doors One section is quite high so you will need a ladder/ platform No need to sand just go around filling

Started rendering the house and want to render this wooden pole (one pole at the entrance) Need someone to blue board / cement sheet it

Would like this blue board to be rendered by someone who is experienced in this field. Few areas that need patching up. Roughly about 20 m long and about 180 cm high all round.

Replace blueboard approx 2x2m in a wall opening.

Description: We require a qualified carpenter or builder to replace an existing external window with a solid wall constructed using timber framing and blueboard sheeting. Current Situation: The existing wall is external and constructed of timber framing and blueboard cement sheeting. There is a rotted timber window frame measuring approximately 1200 mm (W) x 900 mm (H). This window needs to be removed and replaced with new wall framing and blueboard to match the rest of the exterior. Scope Includes: Removal: Remove the existing rotted timber window and frame entirely. Remove and dispose of all waste responsibly. Framing: Supply and install new treated timber framing to fill the window opening. Structural timber to be painted with waterproof membrane (e.g., Bitumen or similar) before joining to existing wall frame. Cladding: Install blueboard cement sheet cladding on both the external and internal sides of the new wall section. Ensure sheets are fixed and sealed to industry standard to match existing cladding. Waterproofing: Apply a waterproof membrane to external sheeting and joints as per standard exterior installation requirements. The window has oneside above a carport and the other side above a stairwell, safe work at heights methods to access the window that is above 2.5 m off the ground are to be used. Must leave the site clean and tidy.
