Painting a 2 bedroom apartment in Freshwater. Internal size 83 sqm. Would like walls, ceiling and doors painted. Paint will be provided. Painters will need to provide everything else - brushes, floor protection, etc. Apartment will be empty (no furniture). Settlement date (when I get the keys) is the 13th of Aug - so job will need to be completed on the afternoon of the 13th (time I get my keys will be confirmed before job commences) and the 14th (apartment will be available all day).

Plastering newly installed gyprock sheeting ready for painting. Some patching (small gyprocking) also required. 3 area's required (i) Main area: 2.9 x 1.2 + nook 2.9 x 1.1 (ii) Bulkhead for a/c in cupboard ~2m height floor to ceiling along length of ceiling for ~2m (iii) Bulkhead for a/c in cupboard ~2m height. Some minor gyprocking to sides required / bulkhead of cornice / between room & nook (gyprock supplied). Exising cornice (about 3m in length) which has fallen down. Other minor works; ie patching of hole in wall. Happy to chat through.

Hi there, looking for an individual or company who specialises in wooden deck cleaning. This is for an end of lease clean up as the rain has significantly impacted the wooden deck at home. Just needs a gurney and tidy up before I move. Can do any time of Sunday the 21st or Saturday afternoon of the 20th.

See photos of wood rot damage on exterior window sill of the main bedroom, as well as on the interior window sill of the upstairs rumpus room. I can’t afford to replace the entire window frames and windows so am looking for someone who can do what they can to repair this.

Hi, Looking for a small paint crew 2-3 people to paint 2 bedrooms, TV room. All about 3.6x3m Kitchette 3x3m and hallway 3x1m. Only internal side of external windows and doors Windows sets x 2, Sliding door x1. Windows will require a heavy sand to remove some 5 year paint that didn't stick. 3x internal doors. 2 are painted already and light sand and re-coat in place. 1 x raw but has been sealed on bottom edge so can be painted in place. Floor protection will be in place and carpet will have masking tape protecting carpet. All furniture will be removed or be in centre of room with protection. Need someone who can start on Tuesday and finish by Friday at 11am. Thanks. All paint provided and all filling will be done.
