Awning needs fabric replacement

I have a caravan with a Fiamma F45S caravan awning that needs some repairs. 1. The front panel is a little bent. The middle part of it sticks out about 5 cm from the cassette. This needs straightening. 2. It no longer glides smoothly into the cassette when putting it away. We have to lift it slightly to get it into the correct position to properly close.

Need approximately 5 x double power points installed. A bathroom exhaust fan and then a small back door awning installed. (I will need you to organise the power points and exhaust fan) I have the awning already.

Hi, I’ve just bought a Kings Plus 170° awning and I need someone experienced who can install it properly and safely onto the roof bars of my Pajero Sport. A few photos to give you an idea.

The awning blew off in a storm and needs to be reinstalled. The top fixings are still there, but the bottom ones were 10mm coarse thread screws that pulled out. I think a couple of 10mm dynabolts will do it, and I have some if needed. It's on the upper story so you need to get up on the roof to do the job. I have a ladder. I have another handyman or handywoman job at the same address, please see my other task.

I’d like some minor repairs done please for our awning. This will involve repair/replacement of some rusting on the gutter as well as support pole (as pictured). We also have two panels from the colour bond roof that have changed in colour and if possible either repaired/replaced.

We need a window awning removed from the second story of our home. Needs a long ladder as it's quite high up, with the driveway (hard concrete) underneath. The awning is one of those old retractable ones but the mechanism has broken so it cannot be moved/retracted from inside the house. The awning frame is metal so has a little weight to it. The holes will need to be filled/patched once removed.

Awning strut snapped on my jayco caravan. I have the parts but want a skilled handyman to fit them. Located in canungra at sharp Park. I need this done soon so I can have my roof for my outdoor area.

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

Remove automatic awning and dispose of.

Will require a scissor lift as being installed at a height of 4.5m. Canvas size is 6.9m x 2.5m. Two person job. Appropriate licensing required.

The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.
