The existing steel structure and fixings are already in place (see attached photo). Scope of Work:Estimated Size: Approximately1.60m x 1.20 (to be confirmed with a visit prior to ordering materials). Supply: Colorbond steel sheet in Monument® (0.42 BMT standard residential thickness), featuring a 5-rib trapezoidal profile (e.g., Trimdek®, Monoclad®, or equivalent local profile). Preparation: Cut the sheet and flashings to size to perfectly fit the existing entrance structure. Installation: Secure the new Colorbond sheet onto the existing framework using the fixings already provided on-site.This should be a relatively quick, straightforward job for someone with the right cutting tools once the materials are sourced. Hi, I’m Cameron from Shutter Force. I’m looking for a reliable person to help me with the installation of outdoor blinds, awnings and shutters on an as-needed basis. Some weeks there may be no work, while other weeks there may be multiple installations. Jobs can be half days or full days depending on the workload. The role mainly involves: • Helping lift and position outdoor blinds and awnings • Holding products in place during installation • Assisting with measuring and installation • Using basic hand and power tools • Working on ladders when required Experience in blinds, shutters, carpentry, construction, handyman work or general trade labouring would be highly regarded, but isn’t essential if you’re reliable and willing to learn. 6 aluminium cantilever 1 metre brackets fixed to brick house wall 3 m high 5 pvc panels inserted into brackets

An awning has come away from the house. It will be difficult to refit as the current brackets don't line up to the timber behind (never did. only one is in). I need a clever solution for it so that we can sell the house.

Roofing/flashing repairer required to inspect and repair water ingress issues in 3 areas of a house/carport. To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

Remove automatic awning and dispose of.

Take down old awnings and install new ones. 4 awnings in total.

Install an expandable awning on an outdoor patio. Comes in box and easy to install.

Will require a scissor lift as being installed at a height of 4.5m. Canvas size is 6.9m x 2.5m. Two person job. Appropriate licensing required.

The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.
