To address the source of water ingress, reseal/waterproof the affected junctions, and replace any locally damaged fascia/trim where required. Large-scale replacement works are not expected unless clearly necessary. Part A – Carport corner/pillar Water appears to be entering the corner above the brick pillar, causing the black fascia/trim board to rot, with staining/runoff down the pillar. Required: Inspect and identify likely entry point Carry out targeted resealing/waterproofing of the junction/flashing Remove and replace the damaged section of fascia/trim if needed Make the corner watertight Part B – Front awning/patio roof Leak where the metal awning roof meets the house wall. Required: Inspect roof-to-wall junction Reseal flashing/joints as needed to stop water ingress Part C – Rear awning/patio roof Similar issue to Part B, but along a longer section. Required: Inspect leak points Carry out targeted resealing of flashing/joints as needed Ensure water is draining away correctly Photos attached. Please quote for the repair work needed to make the affected areas watertight. If any larger replacement works are considered necessary, please explain why and provide that separately from the base repair scope.

Licensed carpenter only please. Install 2x shade above bathroom windows (1m x 1m) and 2x above sliding doors (1m x 2m), on a cladded wall so need to have drills to go through it. Will need to put an extra plank above the sliding door as the middle bracket on the 2m shade can't fit by itself because of the door frame trim. Must be experienced in installing those on a cladding wall.

Hi there, my second storey metal awning has been wrecked from the winds and half of it has come off (see photos) I'd like some one to remove it and take the scrap away. It's fairly high up, around~7m and hoping it is not too much of an issue. Also the aluminnium panels are fairly long and would need to cut/folded before scraping. Budget is very flexible as my insurance provider needs me to remove asap. Thank you!

Need someone to come and install a Kings 270 Awning on to my GU Patrol. Car has an old TJM basket style roof rack. Have Kings adjustable brackets and all the bolts. It will require some drilling into the roof rack. I just don’t have time to do it this weekend.

Hi Brisbane Awning Installalers, We need help with installing 3 folding arm awnings at our place in Victoria Point. Awning details: Awning #1 - 3.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #2 - 5.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #3 - 3.5m wide x 2.5m projection Attached photo of the house where 5m wide awning to go in the middle section and 3m wide and 3.5m wide awnings on either side. Awning #1 is already installed on the fascia using rafter fascia brackets. However we realise it would be better to have them a but higher, so we need this awning to be installed on roof mount brackets so that it is installed on the roof for having more height. Also, other two awnings will need to be mounted on the roof using roof mount brackets. Listing price is just for the purpose of to have installer come out to have a look and provide a proper quote before going ahead. I have attached the photo of the Awning#1 that's already installed, the other two awnings will be the same but in different sizes as mentioned above. Also attached a picture of roof mount brackets for reference and photo of the side of the house where awnings needs to be installed. Please note: we are sourcing our awnings, so we only need help with installation and maybe with roof brackets but happy to consider going with the ones a per suggestion for our situation. Thanks

We want to get out front veranda awning pressure washed and painted. We would provide paint but you would need some kind of scaffolding, ladder / access equipment as it can’t be easily accessed :)

Awning needs to be re-attached to privacy screen. High reaching ladder is required (or similar). The privacy screening is also on a slope. Pictures show the awning that is still in place as to how the awning is to look again once reattached. If able to quote via pictures here would be great or price can be discussed on site.
