Scope: - Remove and dispose of the old gutter (approx. 4 m total: 3 m front + 2 x 0.5 m side returns) - Supply and install new Colorbond Quad gutter with 2 external mitred corners, stop ends, brackets and outlet - Supply and install a short downpipe from the gutter onto the lower (first-storey) tiled roof, finished with a spreader so the water spreads across the tiles rather than discharging at one point - Colour: Monument, to match the existing roof - Check that the lower-roof gutter is clear Separate price please: - Repair or replace the torn wall flashing above the awning roof (photos attached). I’m looking for someone experienced to install an outdoor retractable awning beside my outdoor area. Ideally, I do not want the awning attached to or drilled into the fence. I already have one or possibly two poles available, so I’d like someone to assess whether these can be used to securely support the awning. If an additional pole/support or another simple solution is required, I’m happy to discuss this. The awning is already purchased — I mainly need someone who can work out the best and safest way to install it using the existing setup where possible.
