The awning window in my high rise apartment is not closing properly and is misaligned. There is a gap on one side that is not sealing so it's letting air & noise in. Either needs to be realigned or repaired.

- Left post holding up the awning has started to tilt and is getting progressively worse. - Suspected wood rot. - Requires someone to come check it out and provide a quote.

Metal awning needs bolts installed to fix it to the building, one sheet will need all bolts installed, and other sheets just need checking/tightening. The window pane is fine, but the rotating lever is getting stuck and doesn't completely close the window. I think the chain that pushes it out, and closes it might be the issue.

the opening system of our awning window broke down because of the wind. Some parts are missing. Glass is completely fine, but we need to setup the opening system again.
