Find experienced awning repair handymen in Melbourne

Hi there, I am looking for a builder or handyman to construct and fix a 4m x 1.5m awning to my balcony. I am able to pay cash. The awning is going to be over a balcony, however it is on the second storey of the property. I have attached images of the location and general area. I would like a translucent polycarbonate sheet, intention is to keep the weather off the back door. I had previously gotten a plastic one installed but it fell off in high wind weather, so it needs to be properly built. Please get in contact with me if you are interested in this job.

Firstly, two of the arms on the right of the photo are wonky which means when the awning comes out its uneven. They need fixing. Secondly, it seems like the motor isn't working.
