Assemble outdoor blind - Instahut manual folding arm awning (3x2.5) and attach to external house above window (brick wall)

8 had an awning out on the back wall. It is a manual retractable one 4 x 2.5. Well it got left out and it rained and it is now on a bit of lean (hopefully it can be adjusted) without to much effort.

Awning motor needs replacing. Currently disconnected.

The Awning pulling system has broken and won't close the motor is working but the pully system won't pull the awning open and close.

MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.
