When I had something that needed baking, I turned on the oven. I could not see any flame. I don't know how it is supposed to work. I could feel gentle warmth both from the top and the bottom. But even on the max temp setting for 20+ minutes, I could easily put my hand in, it was not remotely hot enough to bake anything. I could not find any obvious model name/number. I added photos of the outside, and the only number I could find inside. No idea if it is a serial # or a model # or neither.

The big A/C that cools the living area works ok to a point. But if I set temperature down to 20, then after an hour or two, it starts making a noise. The small A/C in my bedroom makes a gentler noise. Please can you check both. Maybe there is a filter or something that might need replacing? There is a similar room AC in the other bedroom. Whatever needs doing to one, likely may need doing to the other for maintenance.
