I'm planning to get my gas cooktop replaced with induction. To support this, I need to the electrical connection upgraded from 10 amps to 30 amps. The switchboard is above the fridge, next to the counter with the cooktop. a couple metres distance, maybe a bit more to go behind cupboards.

To replace my gas cooktop with an induction cooktop, I need a slightly bigger cutout. The current cutout is 560x480. Many cooktops require 560x490. The counter is made of engineered stone, so will require breathing protection to cut safely.

Need to drill a hole or enlarge a hole in the cabinet and connect the washing machine

Please advise how to coordinate getting induction cooktop installed. Need to widen cutout (toxic engineered stone unfortunately), remove gas, and add electric.There are exactly zero induction cooktops that fit the current cutout 560x480. There are some with cutout 560x490. Is it worthwhile to buy one that fits inside 560, and only has to widen from 480 to 490? Or might I just as well go for widening in both dimensions? I did not yet select a new cooktop. Looking for induction with at least 3 or preferably 4 cooking spots, and slider controls grouped in one place. Preferably under $1500. I'm told Westinghouse is reliable, but the one I found had sliders all across the front, making it hard to take something out from the oven below and put it on the cooktop without problems. Advice welcome!

Please note scope adjustment - in short I no longer need 15m for the water piping, just 3m. I am after a plumber/gasfitter to replace approximately 15m of gas piping, and 3m of water piping. Water piping is exposed or has been excavated per the images. The gas pipe needs to be installed in the same trench, and the area within 3m of the meter just needs to be rerouted and be re-joined to the existing pipe. If you are able to repurpose the existing 15m of gas piping then that will help save on materials. Digging has already been done and pipework is already in place under the house, which has good access. I have attached a new image to show the changes to help with estimating.

Install Christmas lights on the front of the house

Garage roller door in working order but lights and beeping just started out of nowhere. I believe this make/model might be a GDO EasyRoller door. Need a professional who understands this type of door and can 'reset' it. Amber light is on permanently and 3 beeps upon start of open/close cycle and 10 beeps at the end of the cycle.
