I have an Asko dishwasher that is showing a F11 error message

We have a zone controller for the aircon. It's lit up and the buttons are clicking but it's now allowing us to change through the zones. It's stuck on one zone. The aircon works, can change temperature but just can't change zones

My 4 year old Westinghouse fridge/freezer the freezer isn't working properly but the fridge is working okay. It making a rattling/ringing noise. It's not keeping my food fully frozen.

Will need to get up on a ladder. There is one downstairs if you dont have one. Need to remove and clean aircon return using hose. You need to know how to do this. Clean 4 aircon vents in the ceiling. Clean 1 ceiling fan. Also bring a pressure washer and clean stairs. Installation work to replace my existing electric cooktop and range hood. Cooktop - we have a 20A circuit dedicated for existing cooktop which has max draw of 28A. New cooktop will be 32A. Need advice on if I need a higher circuit. (This is an apartment with fusebox right outside the unit on the same floor). New range hood may require slight cabinet work (see photos) to allow for more height.
