My electrician installed the steam oven on the bottom. But I wanted it on top, always have to crouch to use the touch pad. I need the steam oven raised to the top of my joinery cavity and convection oven lowered. It will be a two person job as the appliances need to be handled etc. Need someone who has dealt with Wolf brand appliances.

We have purchased a new built under double dish drawer Fisher and Paykal dishwasher. We need someone to remove the existing F and P dish drawer (see photo) and install this new one.

My built-in gas fireplace ignites and operates normally, however the blower fan does not start even after the unit becomes hot. Possible issues may include: blower fan motor snap disc / thermal switch fan controller dust blockage The unit appears quite dusty internally and may require inspection and cleaning. Looking for someone experienced with gas fireplaces and blower fan systems to: diagnose the issue inspect blower/fan area test thermal switch / snap disc advise whether repair or replacement is needed I prefer repair if possible rather than full replacement.

I'm planning to get my gas cooktop replaced with induction. To support this, I need to the electrical connection upgraded from 10 amps to 30 amps. The switchboard is above the fridge, next to the counter with the cooktop. a couple metres distance, maybe a bit more to go behind cupboards.

Need to drill a hole or enlarge a hole in the cabinet and connect the washing machine

Please note scope adjustment - in short I no longer need 15m for the water piping, just 3m. I am after a plumber/gasfitter to replace approximately 15m of gas piping, and 3m of water piping. Water piping is exposed or has been excavated per the images. The gas pipe needs to be installed in the same trench, and the area within 3m of the meter just needs to be rerouted and be re-joined to the existing pipe. If you are able to repurpose the existing 15m of gas piping then that will help save on materials. Digging has already been done and pipework is already in place under the house, which has good access. I have attached a new image to show the changes to help with estimating.
