I have a wall-hung dryer that was installed at a lower height than I would like. I need someone to move the existing hanging brackets approximately 10cm higher than their current location and help me re-hang the dryer on them. See photos (note the dryer has been removed from the wall).

A control pad with wireless connection to 3x skylights (as pictured in kitchen) has failed. Cannot connect (register) alternative control pads without resetting skylights manually. Buttons and skylights 4m above kitchen floor. Need you to bring high ladder to press buttons to effect manual reset. Also, while here, to screw in 2x smoke alarm sensor plates into 3.5m/4m ceilings in other rooms.

New garage build with roughed-in domestic natural gas line (30mm), requires connection to an Astral JX 160 Natural Gas Indoor Heater. Total length of line to be fitted is about 3000mm. Gas line is to run along a wall just above floor height for about 2.0m (may require struts to maintain level) then goes up 900mm to connect to base of heater. 1. In photo of roughed-in line, will need to be back cut closer to the wall, turn 90 degrees right towards rear wall, then left 90 degress along base of wall same height. 2. Run 2m along wall to below the heater (image 2). 3. Run up wall 900mm to connect to heater unit. Note that 1. wall from rough-in to below unit is panelling from Garageflex, being 15mm thick plastic panels affixed to 20mm wood battens at about 600mm spacing. 2. Wall behind heater unit (where line will run up to the unit) is Fyrchek with double brick behind. 3.
