Samsung bottom-mount refrigerator is not cooling or freezing consistently. Occasionally the fridge will cool and freeze, then it would lose cooling/freezing power (i.e. food has melted). Refrigerant may have exited the fridge, hence the problem, however unsure. Need someone to diagnose/consult on the issue first. Potentially a refrigerant issue, or lack of refrigerant gases.
