Hello our 7 year old Bosch dryer no longer blows hot air to heat the clothes. The dryer is not used often

Our Miele dishwasher model G 4203 SC is defect. This is whats going on: The dishwasher starts normally, pumping out the water, then refill with new water. At that moment the water heating should start I assume, but it does not. After 10 min or so, the F14 error is in display, and the water inside is just cold. Note: step number 4 is about the budget. This failure can be a $10 hose or a replacement of the entire machine, therfore the budget is set to $10 to begin with We also had "suburb name" related pricing; We are looking for a professional, reliable, and honest person.

Our 4 year old Bosch dishwasher (Model Number SMU66MS02A/51 and FD Number 9905) is presenting the error code E15.
