The washer-dryer has been repeatedly stopping with drain-related errors, like E12 and earlier E11 and E9. Recently it showed an H during drying. I’ve tried unplugging it for 15 minutes, running a drum clean, spin and rinse cycles, and cleaning the front filter and drain hose. A quick wash still failed around the four minute mark with that E12 again. It seems to struggle at the draining stage. It spins, but it can’t drain properly. I’ve cleaned everything accessible, so maybe the blockage or fault is further back

Looking for an experienced plumber to help with two jobs: 1. Shower replacement: Inspect the existing shower fitting and determine whether it can be removed and replaced with a large 250mm square overhead rain shower head with a wall-mounted gooseneck arm. I have photos of the existing shower and the replacement shower I’m considering. Please advise what would be required and install it if suitable. 2. Washing machine: Connect/install the washing machine to the existing water and drainage connections and ensure everything is connected correctly with no leaks. Please quote for both jobs and let me know if you have experience installing this type of overhead rain shower.
