Unit is approximately 1.5 years old imported rangehood. Lights and display are working normally. Fan stopped working after switching from Speed 1 to Speed 2 for about 2 mins. ES error displayed. After power reset, fan does not start at any speed. No motor noise or movement. Looking for someone experienced with appliance electronics, rangehood motors or control boards. Need a handyman/plumber to install a mini washing machine on top of a laundry benchtop. Scope of work: • Cut/drill holes through a stone-look benchtop for water supply and drain hoses. • Connect the washing machine to existing water and waste plumbing under the laundry sink. • Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free. • Experience working with stone/composite benchtops preferred.

Persistent gas smell coming from inside a Bosch freestanding gas stove I checked the external gas connections with soapy water and could not find any visible leaks. The smell seems to be coming from inside the appliance rather than the external pipe connection Would like a licensed gas fitter / gas appliance technician to inspect the stove and internal gas connections for possible leak or valve issue.

We recently capped off an existing gas line to our outdoor area as we were in the process of enclosing it with an aluminium door and windows. Install/connect washing machine dryer rack/stack and a washing machine and a washing dryer stacked up, including assembling the rack. Hisense washing machine/dryer bottom, Miele on top stacked up. And water and waste water connections to be done. Rack there is already a spare water tap (see photo, circled in red), not asking for additional water pipe. waste water is not an issue it will simply go to a sink. It's a temporary set up until laundry room renovation.

I need someone to relocate the existing gas bayonet point. Sliding aluminum doors are being installed today. Ideally I want the point closed off outside the balcony area so the bottom window frames can be installed and once they are done for it to be relocated on the wall side of the balcony as opposed to the floor.
