I have a new stove / oven to be installed by a gas man. He has said that the replacement is too tall to put on top of the current piece of wood that is there. See brown section under current oven. I need this cut to size so the new oven will fit in and be flush with the kitchen bench top

THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FREEZER IS -18 AND THE TEMPERATURE READING FOR THE FRIDGE IS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 5 AND 10. THE  SEALS  APPEAR  TO  BE  IN  ORDER  AND I  HAVE  NOT  NOTICED  ANY  WATER POOLING  ON  FLOOR I  AM  AWARE  THAT  RE GASSING  MAYBE REQUIRED  OR  FAN / THERMOSTAT  MAY NEED  REPLACEMENT.OBVIOUSLY,  THE FIRST  PLACE  TO  START  IS  FOR  A  SERVICE TECHNICIAN  TO  EXAMINE  THE  UNIT. FURTHERMORE, IS  THERE  A  CALLOUT CHARGE,  IF  SO  HOW  MUCH  IS  SAID CHARGE?. PLEASE INCLUDE AIRTASKERS FEE IN QUOTE. IS  ANY  CALLOUT  CHARGE  DEDUCTED FROM  ANY  REPAIR  WORK  COSTS?

We have an Omega integrated dishwasher that has recently stopped responding to the program buttons. The power comes on and the display lights up, and the dishwasher beeps when the door closes, so it appears to be receiving power and recognising the door latch. However, we are unable to select a wash program or start a cycle as the program buttons do not seem to respond. Over the past few months we occasionally had the opposite issue where the power button was slow to respond, but eventually the dishwasher would start. Now the power comes on normally, but we cannot activate any of the wash programs. Things we have already tried: • Turning power off at the mains and resetting the circuit breaker • Switching the dishwasher off and on again • Cleaning the dishwasher and filter • Wiping the control panel and buttons • Running a vinegar clean cycle Based on what we’ve read, it may be an issue with the control panel / keypad or control board, but we are not certain. Looking for someone with experience repairing dishwashers or appliances who can diagnose and hopefully fix the issue. Photos of the control panel are attached.

We need assistance connecting a gas oven to our electrical -Attached is an image of the wiring diagram for the oven (10 amp plug) -Main switch board of the house is full, require an individual switch installed -10 amp switch install, baseplate already in wall with no power connected , alternatively happy for it to be hard wired, whatever is easier. -kitchen back directly into laundry with easy roof cavity access directly behind the oven.
