I basically need a new fan installed. I had this fan installed and the wires connected, but the tradesperson told me that the remote control is not pairing properly to the fan. It is a Lucci fan and I don’t know how to fix it. If somebody could please come and have a look, I have taken off a few of the blades and need somebody to make sure the connection is done properly. Otherwise, it should be pairing properly.

My LG fridge has stopped working. The fridge and freezer are no longer keeping cool. Doesn’t seem to have air flowing through the unit either. Door lights are working fine. I’ve tried cleaning the vents. The fridge was bought new 4 years ago.

The water connectors (drain) in the new house are different in the new house than the previous one. I bought a "nut and tail" connector at bunnings, but that connection just made a wet mess all over the cabinet. I have no experience with plumbing, so i expect this will be a very simple/quick job for someone who actually knows what they're doing.

Bathroom ceiling LED lights flashing. I replaced bulbs, but still flashing. Might be copper connections. I have a 4 second video of flashing I can send. Need inspected and repaired.

Breville oracle touch coffee machine has water coming from the hot water spout rather than the group head. Likely needs a seal change, but the machine could do with a general service (machine is approx 4 years old)

My hot water tank is being replaced and the washing machine was originally connected to the hot water tap. I need it shifted to the cold water tap.

We've purchased a new built-in (Beko) dishwasher, but the cutout for the power cable is too small (see photo). We need some help widening the cutout and then connecting the dishwasher. It shouldn't be a huge job - all the connections are there.
