We are looking at bringing in our washing machine into the study room to turn it into a laundry room ( currently a storage room). The water pipes and drainage is going from outside and bathroom underneath the wooden floor boards. What spot would be best ( we would love next to the outside wall however further from all the pipes and water drain). Would love a quote and your opinion.
