Hi, I need someone to help remove a bunch of thread that’s stuck between the front filter and the drain pump of my front-loading Haier HWF75AW2 washing machine. I can see part of the thread from the front filter, but it’s jammed and won’t come out – looks like it’s half stuck deeper inside the drain pump area. Prefer someone with experience in dismantling washing machines or dealing with drain blockages. Tools required.

I have verified that the filter is fit correctly and leak is not due to that. The leak looks to be from underneath but near the filter. Need this fixed. Please note that I have a dryer kept on top of the washing machine. Brand - Hisense Model - HWGE8014
