The pump filter at the bottom of the machine is completely stuck and won’t open. I just need someone to safely loosen and open it, check for any debris or blockage, and clear it if necessary. What I need done: Safely open the stuck pump filter without damaging it. Remove any debris or blockage if present. Refit the filter properly and check for leaks. The machine is relatively new, and I’m hoping this is a straightforward job rather than a major repair. No replacement parts or additional work should be undertaken without discussing it with me first.
