I have a Kogan upright freezer that has stopped working and needs urgent repair. About a month ago, ice built up inside and prevented the door from closing properly. I turned the freezer off, fully defrosted it, and removed all the ice before turning it back on and returning the food. Since then, it has been working intermittently (turning on and off unpredictably). I’ve been adjusting the thermostat frequently to get it running again, and sometimes it would start working after changing the setting. Today, it has stopped working completely and no longer starts at all. Looking for someone experienced in freezer/appliance repairs who can diagnose and fix the issue as soon as possible. Please only apply if you have experience repairing upright freezers/refrigerators and can attend ASAP.

I have a fully functioning dishwasher, how the pipes don’t seem to be connecting properly. Error code points to drainage blockage, just need someone to re-install another hose leading to the dishwasher.

Fix the washing machine door

I have a gas cooktop where 3 out of 4 burners work perfectly. However, one specific burner is not sparking/igniting automatically. Note: If I use a manual BBQ lighter/match, the gas flows fine and the burner lights up safely, so the gas line is working. It seems to be just the individual ceramic igniter pin or wire for that specific burner that needs fixing or replacing. Looking for an experienced appliance repair technician to come diagnose and fix/replace the faulty igniter part.

my Miele front load washing machine is not working properly and it keeps coming up with waterproof fault

Bosch Maxx Classic 6.5kg front loader washing machine not spinning properly. Machine powers on, fills and drains normally. Drum/belt inspected and belt is still attached. Drum will spin briefly at the beginning of the cycle, then stops spinning (and trips the electricity). Drum feels somewhat stiff by hand. Possible issue may be worn motor brushes, motor/tacho fault, or drum bearings beginning to fail. Looking for someone experienced with Bosch front loader repairs to diagnose and advise whether repair is worthwhile or we need to replace.

I need someone to repair my samsung Home Hub fridge freezer (SRF671BFH2) that is 7 years old. The freezer section ( both bottom left and right ) as well as the ice maker is no longer freezing. The fridge appears to hold its temperature at 3deg C. The ice maker froze over a few years ago and threw a 40C error. I have just completed a 48h defrost so that error code has now cleared - but the icemaker no longer makes ice. I can hear the compressor start up and the stepper motor find its home on bootup. The freezer fan works but only the inlet pipe to the freezer coil has frost on it.

Repair dishwasher. Not draining.

Need someone to inspect/fix dishwasher blockage issue. I’ve already removed and cleaned the drain/filter area (pictured) and tried running another cycle, but it’s still not draining properly / still blocked. We attempted to clean and refit our gasket door seal ourselves on our Electrolux front loader washing machine. We cannot for the life of us get the inner spring back on. We need someone who has done this many times before to come and fit the seal back on then out the machine back together.
