My lg fridge is leaking water from inside

I have an electrolux EWF7525DQWA and am noticing that the cycles keep getting 'stuck'. Have noticed it on both mixed and cotton cycles that the cycle gets about 10 mins in and then can't progress any further. It seems like it repeatedly fills and drains but doesn't do anything else. Drain & Spin works normally and I did an empty maintenance wash a couple of days ago without any issue.
