I'm looking for an expert painter to come and give my apartment walls a freshen up. The skirting boards are especially bad with gaps and some cracks and I'd appreciate if they could be filled in and smoothed out. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

Just need small laundry patched and painted. Apartment is empty so should be pretty easy. Prefer colour to be Lexicon Quarter which is same as rest of apartment. Roof also requires to be patches and repaired as we have removed door frame.

There is a patch in my living area and master bedroom that need a paint touch up. I had already tried colour match paint over it but the colour doesn’t match still so looking for a touch up job that matches more closely to the white on the rest of the wall. See attached photos.
