We have a two bedrooms apartment in Westmead, which we need someone to paint. Job includes bedrooms and bathrooms walls and ceilings, For living area includes replacing cornice and removing picture railing. Few cracks have to get fixed and some water damage at bathroom doors. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one living area.

We live in a 3 bedroom, 1 study apartment. We are looking for someone to paint all walls, skirting boards and cornices. We will pre purchase the paint.

2 bed room apartment painting

Looking for a painter to repaint the walls in two bedroom/bathroom and the open-plan living/dining area of an almost-empty apartment in Kangaroo Point. Wardrobes are also included (internal wardrobe walls). There is limited exposed wall space in parts of the apartment due to extensive kitchen cabinetry and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen cabinetry itself does not need painting. No ceiling painting or wall relining required. Please include minor patching/preparation where needed, two coats, paint/materials, floor protection and clean-up. Floor plan attached. Budget is indicative—please provide a fixed quote based on the scope, with any exclusions clearly listed.

Scope of works: - Repaint all walls of 2br apartment (96sqm floorplan) in white - Including painting skirting board & ceilings - Conduct full interior wall prep - Lounge room to be limewashed / faux limewashed accent wall (colour TBD) - Main bedroom will have an accent wall (burgundy) - 2nd bedroom will also have an accent wall (sage) - Repair small drywall marks / patching chips in drywalls - Remove moisture stains on wall in hallway (caused by faulty laundry exhaust which has since been repaired) - Main bathroom ceiling prep / repair: some small cracks in paint / drywall in bathroom ceiling & surface mould that needs removal. Assumably needs primer / moisture resistant paint, etc - will take your advice on remedy. See photos to confirm this is doable. - Ensuite bathroom ceiling prep & repaint (paint has some deterioiration) - Dulux wall paint will be supplied. - Other paints & materials (e.g. for bathroom & undercoat etc) to be supplied by you - Property will be vacant and empty - To be completed in the week of either 9th Nov or 16th Nov - during standard work hours; will confirm which week is required in coming days. There are 7 patches of wall in the apartment that have minor paint damage (the paint has come off). These are around 1-2cm in diameter each. I need these damages patched/repainted/repaired/touched up/sanded. The walls need to be returned to perfect condition for vacating the apartment for end of lease. There may be a few more minor damages identified while packing, if so I would like these fixed as well and will increase the payment for the task accordingly.

I've cleaned and primed half of the surfaces myself, but would prefer someone with experience to help me complete it sooner, and ensure a good finish, including a coloured feature wall. It is an entrance/lounge/kitchen area plus split-level ceiling - see floorplan where I have marked the area. I have paint, but BYO equipment. Unfortunately I do not have a car spot in my building but there is parking in the streets nearby and I can include the cost of parking in your total fee.
