I’ve recently painted my walls but need someone to paint the ceiling 2 coats - living/kitchen/dining, bedroom, bathroom and hallway - see plan. Square set wall/ceiling. Note the ceilings are high, slope from 4.6-3.5m. There are down lights in the ceiling. Paint will be supplied, however if you can supply white ceiling paint please let me know. The walls have been painted Dulux wash and wear white. Open to any brand ceiling paint. Note the current ceiling colour is a very light grey. Please provide access/ladder/other to reach the ceiling. Ideally today Sunday the 2nd or Monday the 3rd.

We have an apartment we have just purchased that needs a fresh coat of paint.

I have an apartment with 2 bedroom plus study and 2 bathrooms. I would like someone to sand and patch all surfaces and apply 2 coat paints to entire ceiling, walls, doors and trims.

There are five areas that need some cosmetic fixes: (1) ceiling with a chipped paint spot that needs painting over, (2) door way that needs drill holes filled in and painted over with same white paint, (3) door frame with a slight gap that needs filling in and painting over, and (4) three dents and scrapes on the wall that needs filling and painting.

Our (VACANT) 106 sqm apartment is needing a fresh coat of paint on the walls, trim, and ceiling, as well as being prepped and patched (nothing major that we know of, just some curtain rod holes and tiny cracks here and there). We would do it ourselves to but we have a young baby and family visiting from overseas at that time, so are looking to hire it out to someone with more experience who might be able to work more quickly. I need a 3 bedroom apartment patched up and painted not including ceiling, as there going to be dropped and done. I will be supplying all materials. It’s just coming and everything needed is here already

Hi! I’m moving into a small apartment in Naremburn and would like to have the walls painted white. The living area (around 3.7 x 3.5m) includes a hallway of about 2m that’s part of the same space, so that wall needs to be painted too. The bedroom is around 3.7 x 3.35m. Most walls are grey, and there’s one small brown wall in the bedroom. Only the walls need painting — not the ceiling. Kitchen and bathroom will stay as they are. Please bring all materials, including paint and tools.

We touched up some of the paint in our house and unfortunately our rental agency did not find it up to scratch. There are very few spots to touch up, and to a trained professional, this shouldn't take more than 30 minutes at best we think. We have attached all the possible places that we will need to repaint. If you look closely, you will see that there is a difference in the whiteness of the colour.

I’ve done three coats on ceiling in my apartment. I’m not fast enough by myself to not get lap marks. Even tried rolling to light source, across light source etc. need a pro to come finish the job. Using Dulux Ceiling Paint - natural white tint. One continuous ceiling. Not doing bathrooms. No furniture in working area. Drop sheets down.

We need to paint the walls and skirtings (not including the ceiling) of an approximately 90sqm two bedroom apartment. Everything needs painting apart from the bathrooms. There are also a few things to patch up, very minor mostly, an example is in the photos. We have 15L of the white paint. Everything else would need to be supplied. The unit is completely empty. Some minor painting is required in our apartment after renovation works, as follows: 1) Painting of the hallway ceiling to paint over evenly an area revealed by new light fitting installation (area of 4m x 1m of ceiling, not just painting over unpainted plaster please). Filling of holes, sanding them two coats of ceiling white; 2) Repainting a closet door, 2.1m high by 0.44m wide with water based enamel (to fix up work done by another painter). Sanding of door and at least two coats are needed. 3) Removal of sliding door track in kitchen and painting of wall in kitchen, filing of holes, sanding then two coats of paint. Area needing painting is approx 1.5m wide by 2.4m high. All paint and painting equipment supplied, including brushes, drop sheets, step ladder etc.

Painting 1 bedroom 40 square metre apartment including preparation and painting of all walls, doors, ceiling, trim and skirting in the 3 x 3 metre bedroom and then painting just the walls in the living area and kitchen that are currently a shade of grey. Aiming to start the job on Wednesday 8th and complete on Thursday 9th.
