I am currently moving out of my apartment due to end of lease. There are a few walls which require a bit of plastering due to the nails which i used for the shelves and canvas hanging. the apartment is not insulated and there are minor gaps between the walls on the ceiling throughout that require sealing to block cockroaches to come through. Require a skillful handyman to do the job - happy to provide the sealant if required. For bigger gaps, I have spare pieces of clothes to insert and fill out.
Jacob has done an amazing job filling all the gaps throughout my apartment. I can’t recommend him enough - he’s thoughtful, smart, and incredibly dedicated to his work. I’d recommend him a million times over!
