Paint the interior (walls, skirting and doors) of my one bedroom 65sqm apartment. Some minor wall prep required and preparation to the skirting required. The apartment comprises of; Bedroom Kitchen Living room Dining room Bathroom (already painted) The skirting has been affected by moisture In the past and has expanded in places and so requires minor filling and preparation. I rent the apartment so I cannot replace the skirting - we will just make the best job of it we can. Flooring is timber look vinyl or tile throughout other than the bedroom which is carpeted. Ceilings are circa 2400H The apartment will be furnished so furniture will require protection. Ground floor access with car bay adjacent for use during the day I can provide paint. I have a ground floor apartment in Maylands that needs painting (interior only). The house will be vacant so no need to move furniture and there is carpet in the two bedrooms but this is being removed/replaced. There are a few small screw holes that will need filling/tidying.
