Room has moisture damage from a recent leak. Some paint is already removed need remaining paint removed back to bare walls. Also need all tiles removed from floor.

Need dried spray-paint overspray/spills removed from a painted balcony surface before a rental inspection! Looking for someone experienced with paint removal who can remove it carefully without damaging the underlying paint/coating. Small affected areas; photos attached :)

Looking for someone to remove paint from doorframes carefully so as not to remove paint from all. Previous owner painted the walls without care for the frames. Caution would beed to be exercised if sanding to avoid edges accidentally being sanded down.
