Quote request – minor kitchen renovation / dishwasher relocation Hi, I would like to obtain a quote for some minor modifications to my existing kitchen. I have attached a photo with the areas highlighted for reference. 1. Remove existing benchtop section – black highlighted area This section was previously used as the dishwasher location, and there are already electrical and plumbing connections available in this area. I would like to remove the section of benchtop and cabinetry shown in black to create an open walkway through the kitchen. Please include any necessary work to neatly finish the remaining benchtop/cabinetry after the section is removed. 2. Create dishwasher space – red highlighted area I would like to remove the cabinetry underneath the red highlighted section to create a suitable space for a standard 600 mm dishwasher. As the existing dishwasher was previously located in the black area, I would like to know whether the existing plumbing and electrical connections can be relocated to the new dishwasher position. Could you please provide a quotation for the above works and advise if you need to inspect the kitchen in person before providing a final quote? I am happy to provide additional measurements or photos if required. Kind regards,

I’m looking for someone to help tidy up and renovate our existing dog yard and turn it into two separate, secure areas. The job would include: • Remove the existing dog kennel - it is quite heavy, so will require some strength/equipment to move (it’s full of cobwebs, grass has grown through it and it’s never been used) • Remove/tidy up the existing artificial grass and outdoor area as needed. (Artificial grass is brand new although dogs have made use out of it very quickly) • Repair or replace the existing decking/platform. I’m open to removing it completely if repairing it isn’t practical. • Re-fence the area so it is securely divided into two separate dog areas, including installing/adjusting gates as needed. • Garden/weed-whipper the overgrown areas around the fencing and generally tidy up the grassed areas. • Remove small handmade shelter area next to deck out of the ground. • Make the areas safe, secure and suitable for 2 dogs. I’m open to suggestions on the best way to do the job and happy to discuss what would be most practical/affordable. Photos attached show the current condition of the area. I will tidy up all toys, mess etc.
