Our roof has been leaking in my 8 year old son's room. Twice in the last few years people have looked at the roof (including just a few weeks ago) and said they can' find any problems, but the leak is getting worse. During this most recent heavy rain, a clear line formed on the ceiling, which gives a more definite indication of where the issue is. The roof is very steep and 2-3 storeys high. Photos of the interior ceiling and the exterior attached, video also available. I can also share the report from the recent people who came but we weren't very impressed with the service and they clearly didn't fix the problem. We need this solved ASAP as my son can't sleep in there while it's raining and the room has a mouldy smell.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair a small area of damage to an internal door. There is some chipped and damaged timber/MDF along the edge of the door, near the lock and handle (see attached photo). I’m hoping to have the damaged area filled, sanded and refinished The rest of the door is in good condition, so I’m looking for a cosmetic repair rather than a replacement.
