We are looking for a reliable handyman / labourer / small contractor to help restore a small outdoor basketball area in Melbourne. This is not a new basketball court construction project. We are looking for a cost-effective restoration only. The area is approximately 50 sqm. The existing surface is currently covered with perforated plastic modular sports tiles. We would like these tiles removed so the original concrete/asphalt base can be used again. Scope of work required: Remove existing perforated plastic modular basketball court tiles Remove and dispose of the old basketball hoop/system Clear and dispose of removed materials Pressure wash the existing concrete/asphalt surface Inspect the surface condition after the tiles are removed Patch minor cracks, small holes or uneven spots only if required Basic basketball court line marking Optional: assemble and position one new portable basketball hoop if required Important notes: We do not need a new concrete slab We do not need new modular tiles We do not need premium acrylic resurfacing We do not need fencing or lighting We do not need a full sports court rebuild We are looking for the most economical practical solution We are looking for a practical, budget-friendly option rather than a premium sports court rebuild.

Chandelier has already been installed and wired but needs to be rewired by electrician who is qualified to a separate switch that doesn't turn on all the other lights in the kitchen. Double story house, chandelier located downstairs. Was added a few months ago by a tradesman not qualified as electrician, wired to switch that turns on all kitchen lights. Need certification by proper electrician and rewiring to individual switch. Thanks

I have cleared a block in Brunswick for subdivision. I need approximately less than 25 mts of stowm water pipes and 3 pits installed. The attached plan shows 4 pits, but we are only doing what is required for the subdivision. The plan for the new dwelling at the back is still pending. There is also a shorter trench (4-5mts) needed to connect to an existing downpipe. The block is fully clear, and it has easy access at the end of a lane.
