I have 3 older aluminium awning/casement-style windows in an apartment in Melbourne CBD. The windows currently let in a noticeable amount of outside/traffic noise at night, and I believe this is partly due to ageing/deteriorated seals and gaps around the window frames. I’m looking for someone experienced with window sealing/weatherproofing and acoustic noise reduction to: * Inspect all 3 windows and identify where air/noise is getting through. * Replace the existing worn/deteriorated window seals/weatherstripping where required. * Install appropriate compression/acoustic seals around the opening sections. * Seal any suitable gaps around the fixed window frames/reveals. * Check and adjust the window closing pressure/alignment so the seals properly compress when closed. * Recommend any additional cost-effective sealing measures that could reduce outside noise. The main goal is noise reduction, particularly traffic noise at night — not just draught-proofing.

Friday Electrical desk install required. Will need cabling to run across ceiling, and the drop down to two desk configurations, using an umbilical cord from ceiling to desk, and connecting desks, and desk lights. Needs to be a licensed electrician, able to work on Friday until the job is complete. The desks / cabling is the same as shown in the picture (desks have been relocated to new office)
