Looking for an experienced tiler to replace approximately 10 damaged floor tiles in a commercial KTV. Job details: Carefully remove the damaged tiles without damaging the surrounding tiles. Prepare the surface if required. Install the replacement tiles that we have already purchased. Grout and finish to match the existing floor. Clean up the work area after completion. Materials: Replacement tiles are already supplied. Tile size is approximately 1000 × 600 mm. Please bring your own tools and installation materials (adhesive, grout, etc.). Important: I'd prefer someone to inspect the site first and provide an on-site quote. Work should ideally be carried out in the morning or afternoon and be finished by 7:00 pm. If the work is scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday, finishing later than 7:00 pm can be discussed.

I’m looking for an experienced bathroom re-grouting specialist to repair three shower bathrooms following a professional leak detection report. The leak detection report identified deteriorated grout and silicone as the likely cause of water leakage and recommended the shower recesses be professionally re-grouted and re-siliconed (re-caulked). Scope of work: • Remove all existing grout inside the shower recesses. • Re-grout the shower wall and floor tiles using high-quality epoxy grout (not standard cement grout). • Remove all old silicone. • Apply new premium mould-resistant bathroom silicone around: • Shower base • Internal corners • Wall-to-floor junctions • Around taps and shower fittings • Shower screens • Any other joints requiring sealing • Inspect each shower for any gaps where water may escape and seal them to prevent future leaks. There are 3 bathrooms, and only the tiled areas inside each shower recess require re-grouting. The rest of the bathrooms do not require re-grouting. There bathrooms in two different properties in the same lane, there is also small balcony which needs to re-sealed. Important: • I specifically require *epoxy* grout as these bathrooms are in a high-use property and I want a longer-lasting, more water-resistant solution than standard grout. • Your quote must include all labour and the cost of the epoxy grout. • The existing grout must be properly removed before installing the new epoxy grout. • Experience with epoxy grouting is essential.

The kitchen mixer tap has become loose and is leaning to one side (see attached photo). There doesn’t appear to be any major water leak at the moment, but the tap is no longer securely fixed to the benchtop. I believe the mounting underneath has come loose or needs to be replaced.
