I want to add a dishwasher and a washing machine to my kitchen. Under my kitchen sink I have one hot water valve and one cold water valve. They currently feed a single sink mixer tap through braided hoses. There’s one plastic trap connected to a single waste pipe, which also serves as the sink’s drain. I’m after a compliant, low disruption solution rather than a full replumb. Ideally, a setup where I can isolate one appliance (say, to service the dishwasher) without shutting off water to the whole kitchen.

I need a qualified appliance technician to service and deep clean two Miele appliances in my apartment. The warranty has expired, and I am experiencing specific issues that require more than a surface wipe down. Appliances:::: Miele Washing Machine (Model WCA 020): Needs a full service, drain pump check, and internal drum clean. Miele Condenser Dryer (Model TCB 140 WP): CRITICAL ISSUE: Lint is escaping into the room during drying cycles, and dust is not being expelled. I suspect the internal condenser unit is clogged or the filter housing seal is compromised. Scope of Work Required:::: Dryer:::: Remove the bottom kickplate and extract the condenser unit. Deep clean the condenser fins (remove packed lint/dust) using a brush or low pressure water. Vacuum the internal fan housing and ducting behind the condenser. Inspect the rubber seal around the lint filter housing for tears or warping. Reassemble and run a test cycle to ensure no lint escapes. Washer:::: Clean the drain pump filter. Run a drum cleaning cycle (I can provide detergent or you can use yours). Check door seal for mold/debris. General:::: Wipe down exterior and check water hoses for leaks. Requirements:::: Must have experience specifically with Miele condenser dryers. Must have tools to safely remove and clean the internal condenser unit. Please provide your own vacuum with a long hose and brush attachments. If any parts (like a filter seal) need replacing, please quote me before purchasing. Location: [Focus Apartment Southbank] "IMPORTANT::: My budget Range: $150 – $350. Please provide a diagnosis and quote before starting any work. If the issue is just a clean, please quote a fixed price (Target: $150-$200). If parts are needed (e.g., seal, pump), please quote the parts cost + labor separately and get my approval before purchasing. If you find a major mechanical failure (motor/PCB) costing over $400, please stop and let me decide whether to repair or replace."
