I’m looking for someone to make and fit a neat, shallow cover over two wall-mounted NBN fibre boxes. Photo attached. The boxes together measure approximately 500 mm wide × 220 mm high × 80 mm deep. There’s also a cable loop below them. I’d like a simple white cover that blends in with the wall. It needs to: Come off easily and be refitted without tools, so the cupboard door beside it can be opened when needed. Have an open back and enough ventilation; it shouldn’t be sealed around the equipment. Leave the cables, buttons and indicator lights accessible. Be fixed to the wall, not to the NBN boxes, with care taken not to damage any cables. A lift-off panel or similar removable design would suit. Please include materials and fitting in your offer. Budget is $250; happy to consider a higher quote for a neat painted finish.

Hi! Looking for an experienced flooring installer for our kitchen and dining area, about 13 m2. The job: - Remove the existing floor tiles and adhesive. They're laid over old timber floorboards, so please take care not to damage the boards. - Dispose of the tiles and rubbish. - Prep the subfloor as needed so it's clean, flat and ready for a floating floor. - Install Market Timbers Hydrowood prefinished cork click planks (7 mm, with underlay). We supply the flooring and underlay. - Fit scotia/trims and any doorway transition strips needed for a neat finish. Please include in your offer whether subfloor prep, disposal and trims are covered, and what your availability looks like. We have two dogs, so a durable, well-sealed finish matters. Happy to send photos. Thanks!

Repair Detached Dual-Flush Toilet Button Mechanism My toilet has a dual-flush button (two buttons on top of the cistern), but the flushing mechanism appears to have become detached internally. The toilet still flushes if I remove the cistern lid and manually push down on the mechanism inside. However, the buttons no longer activate the flush because two black plastic components inside the cistern appear to have become disconnected. I’m looking for someone to inspect and repair the mechanism, reconnect the detached components, or replace any broken parts if necessary. Requirements: * Diagnose and repair the dual-flush button mechanism. * Reconnect or replace the detached plastic components as needed. * Ensure both flush buttons work properly after the repair.
