Looking for someone experienced to remove and replace the existing roof sheeting on my outdoor area. The area is approximately 9m x 6m (54m²), but I’d prefer someone to come out and measure properly before providing a final quote. What I’m after: • Supply and install all new roof sheeting. • Remove the existing roof sheets. • Want frosted/clear panels in the mix for light. • Take away all old roofing materials and dispose of them at the tip. • Clean up and leave the area tidy once finished. I’m after a complete job, including materials, labour and disposal, rather than just installation. At this stage, I’m looking for a ballpark price to get an idea of the cost before proceeding. Happy to arrange a site visit to measure up and discuss the best options. Please include any relevant experience, an estimated price range and your availability. Thanks!

Install customer-supplied 3.5kW split-system air conditioner – Narara NSW Hello, I am looking for a licensed and ARC-certified technician to install a brand-new, customer-supplied 3.5kW Kogan split-system air conditioner in a granny flat in Narara, NSW. The air conditioner has already been purchased, and there is no existing system to remove. The outdoor compressor will sit on the ground directly outside the indoor unit, allowing for a back-to-back installation if suitable. Electrical requirements: The existing internal electrical sub-panel is approximately 1 metre from where the indoor head unit will be installed. The sub-panel appears to have limited space. I have attached photos of the existing panel for inspection. Please assess the photos and include any additional enclosure, dedicated circuit breaker and associated electrical work required for the new air conditioner in your quote. Please identify any additional work that may affect the final price. Please provide a total quote including: - Labour and standard installation materials - Refrigerant pipework and insulation - Condensate drainage - Electrical cabling and a dedicated air-conditioning circuit - Any additional enclosure and circuit breaker required - Mounting, connection, testing and commissioning Please ensure the quote includes all standard materials and any additional electrical work identified as necessary, rather than providing a labour-only price. Licensing requirements: Please confirm you hold the appropriate NSW electrical licence and refrigerant-handling licence/authorisation for this installation. I'm looking to have the installation completed by the end of this month Please provide your total installed price and advise if an onsite inspection is required before confirming the quote. Thank you! (Added new photo and video, the dartboard will be removed and the aircon will go where the dartboard is currently)
