Hi there, I am looking for a licensed electrician to supply and install a new bathroom exhaust fan at my apartment in Ormond. Scope of Works: The job involves the supply and installation of a new bathroom exhaust fan using the existing ventilation openings in the property, which will be carefully modified as required to accommodate the new external vent termination; due to the double-brick construction of the apartment, the installation requires running and routing new electrical cabling externally to connect the unit, followed by testing and commissioning the system to ensure correct operation without major internal masonry works. Requirements: Must be a qualified/licensed electrician (A-Grade Electrician). Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) if required. Care must be taken around double-brick walls. Please let me know if you supply the fan or if you prefer me to purchase one prior to installation. Thanks!

Task title Relocate outdoor electrical points near pool fence Task description I’m looking for a licensed and insured electrician to inspect and relocate the outdoor electrical points beside my pool equipment area. The certifier has advised that the points are within 900 mm of the pool fence and create a climb zone. They need to be relocated above the pool plumbing pipes and within the acoustic equipment box. If conduit needs to run along the wall, it will also need a suitable 60° safety shield or wedge cover so it cannot be used as a foothold. Please inspect the area, recommend a compliant solution, complete the electrical work, and provide any required compliance documentation. The finished work will need to be suitable for the certifier’s pool fence inspection. Photos are attached. Please include your availability and quote, and confirm your electrical licence and relevant experience.
