**I am NOT looking for any hardware upsell.** I am looking for someone with past experience working with Lanbon L8 smart switches, PolyAire Airtouch4 Smart HVAC, DMSS security cameras and Bosch RSC+ security alarm systems. I purchased a house that came with all the hardware installed and partially configured. I need help to reconfigure some of the settings, names, programs etc across all these systems. I have access passwords for most of them but some of them may need Installer access which I don't have. I am looking for a home automation expert who can patiently help me configure these systems as well as teach me how to maintain them going forward. I have zero intentions of spending money to upgrade the hardware right now. Inventory: 26 Lanbon switches. 4 Polyaire temp sensors. 3 Bosch motion sensor alarms + burglary alarm panel.

A switch light started blinking, went off, and will not turn back on. Two other light switches in the same zone of the house have also gone completely dead. I used a multimeter to check the switches, and the voltage between the wires reads approximately zero. No circuit breakers or RCD safety switches have tripped on the main switchboard. On a separate note, we could discuss downlights for that zone or the whole house.
