I need an experienced hydraulic fitter or diesel/plant mechanic to remove two hydraulic valve banks from a Christie CE180 tracked drill rig. The banks have slow leaks and I will be resealing them myself, so this job is removal only. The valves ∙ 2 x sectional (stackable) directional control valve banks, roughly 4-5 sections each ∙ 24 V solenoid operated with manual override levers ∙ Mounted side by side behind an access panel, with a dense hose and wiring loom in front (photo attached) Scope ∙ Isolate the machine and release residual hydraulic pressure ∙ Photograph and tag every hose, port and solenoid plug so it can go back exactly as it came off ∙ Disconnect hoses and solenoid (DIN) plugs ∙ Cap and plug all open hoses and valve ports to keep dirt out ∙ Unbolt and remove both banks intact (do not split the sections) ∙ Contain and clean up any oil lost You will need ∙ Proven experience with mobile hydraulics (please mention similar work in your offer) ∙ Own tools, plus an assortment of hydraulic caps and plugs I will provide ∙ Clear access to the rig on a hardstand ∙ Drip trays, absorbent pads and waste oil disposal

The 200 mm flexible exhaust duct on my Schweigen rangehood has come apart inside the ceiling, so the hood has almost no suction. The duct from the hood runs up through the cupboard above it and into the ceiling through a small hole (about 25×20 cm). The other section, which goes outside, is sitting loose and open in the ceiling cavity just above that hole. The two ends are only about 20–30 cm apart. • Reconnect the two duct sections with a 200 mm joiner, clamps and aluminium foil tape so the join is airtight • Support the duct so the join can't pull apart again • Stretch out the lower duct, which is currently bunched up • Neatly cut the existing hole to about 30×30 cm for access (the 200 mm duct is too tight to work through the current hole), then cover it with an access panel or a screwed-on MDF cover. It's inside a cupboard, so no plastering or painting is needed. • Test the hood afterwards to confirm it's pulling air properly

Budget: $220 (plus hemming tape reimbursed at cost) Details: - Sheer curtains are already hung on tracks in a 3 bedroom apartment, but they're too long and pooling on the floor. - Please buy iron-on hemming tape suited to sheer fabric (enough for all the curtains) and bring receipts for reimbursement. - Hem the sheers so they sit just off the floor (about 1 cm clearance), even across every panel: Living room: full-width sheer across a large sliding door Bedroom 1: corner window sheers (2 walls) Bedroom 2: sheer on a single window Bedroom 3: sheer on a single window - Steam all the sheers so the creases drop out and they hang straight. Bring your own steamer, iron and ironing board. - Panels may need to come off the tracks to hem and go back up after. Please re-hang them neatly. - Location: East Perth. I'll send the exact address once you're assigned. - The job is done when all the sheers are hemmed evenly, steamed and re-hung.

Earlier in the year we had our outdoor deck windbreak/blind replaced with inclusion of a side panel to ensure less impact by the wind. It seems this side panel and zip have become damaged and dislodged which in turn has impacted a main panel which is being blown around strongly and starting to wear at the top. We need both panels to be repaired and firmly secured so that they will no longer be dislodged by the wind.
