We are looking for an experienced metal fabricator / trailer modifier to help us convert an existing horse trailer into a food trailer. The main structure of the trailer is already in place, so we are not looking for a full build from scratch. We mainly need some structural modifications, including: • Sealing and closing some open sections so the trailer is properly weatherproof and water does not enter. • Permanently closing one of the existing open window sections. • Modifying another window/opening so it can open and close, ideally with a hinged panel that can also act as an awning/roof when opened. • General metalwork and redesign around these sections to make the trailer practical and suitable for food service. • Ensuring the modifications are safe and suitable to meet Queensland requirements so the trailer can later be approved and legally operated as a food trailer. We will provide photos of the current trailer and reference photos showing the type of finish and opening system we are looking for. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in metal fabrication, trailer modifications, food trailers, horse floats, caravans, or similar projects. I am looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to help finish off the wall around a recently installed door so it looks seamless. The job essentially comes down to two main parts: 1. Move the metal strip in: There is a protruding metal casing piece that just needs to be pushed in or shaved down so it sits flush. 2. Patch and finish the wall: Install a full-height MDF panel to close the gap between the existing wall and the new door frame. You'll just need to pop some insulation into the top cavity, fill the gaps, and tidy up the bottom skirting board so it's all enclosed. Once built out, the new section needs to be primed and painted to seamlessly match the existing wall. Notes: - All-Inclusive: Please ensure your offer includes all materials (MDF, insulation, filler, paint) and labor to complete the job. - Photos: I have attached detailed, labeled photos of the space to give you a clear understanding of the exact area. Install Semi-Frameless Shower Screen (3-Panel Inline / New Tiles) Looking for an experienced installer or glazier to mount a 3-panel inline semi-frameless shower screen (central door + 2 narrow fixed side panels measuring 100mm x 2100mm). The Layout: The total wall-to-wall opening measures exactly 1559mm. The bathroom has a 3m ceiling, so this is a standard open-top install. The shower recess was recently resheeted (villaboard) and retiled perfectly straight. You will just need to drill new holes into the fresh tiles. Fully level the tracks, drill the new tiles, mount the hardware/glass, and apply a clean bead of premium sanitary silicone to waterproof the perimeter. Materials: All glass, frames, and hardware are clean and on-site. Please bring specialized tile drill bits, a laser level, and premium anti-mould sanitary silicone.
