I have a pretty simple plastering job required in a reception area of an office in Dandenong South. Need a floor to ceiling L shaped 400 (L) x 100 (W) x 2700 (H) panel to square off a corner. The adjacent plastering you need to match has a 16 mm furring channel. It needs to be sanded and prepped ready for painting. I have a sheet of plaster already we can use.

Remove existing sqaure panel fence and install a colourbond fence kit from Oxworks. I am happy to remove existing fence on the day if easier. 2 x 2400mm wide x 1800mm high sections which fill in between Linestone pillars. Can secure into Linestone Wall so no digging required.

MUST BE FIXED BY MONDAY FOR OPERATION OF BUSINESS - Alarm system keypad wires had come loose and need re-connecting and assistance to find main control console and check power supply to keypad. LCD screen NOT working as well. Alarm was set when cover was removed to clean the keypad underneath. Unfortunately the green and white wires disconnected. Have attempted to re connect them and no power is supplying to the external keypad. Unable to locate internal control panel. Eye sensors not displaying light and door will NOT open. Indicating a power issue somewhere. Must be fixed by Monday morning for our business to open!!! Help ASAP

I have a Dux Proflo electric hot water system and it has stopped heating water. The tank is completely cold and there is no sound coming from it. The water pressure is perfectly fine, so there are no plumbing/flow issues. I have already done some basic troubleshooting safely: Checked the main switchboard. The dedicated hot water circuit breaker was NOT tripped. I cycled it off and on anyway, and it did not trip (no short circuit). Turned off the power, opened the bottom panel, and checked the Robertshaw thermostat. The red over-temperature reset button has NOT popped out. I tried pushing it just in case, but it is firmly set and hasn't tripped. Based on this, it is likely an open circuit—most probably a blown 2.4 kW heating element or a faulty thermostat. I need a licensed electrician or plumber to come with a multimeter to confirm the fault, and ideally have a spare 2.4 kW element and/or Robertshaw thermostat on hand to replace the faulty part on the spot. Location is in Taringa. Easy access to the unit. Thanks, John
