I’m looking for a licensed electrician to safely remove the remaining redundant electrical wiring from a spa that has already been sold and disconnected. Work required: * Remove the remaining spa circuit wiring running through the roof space back to the switchboard, where safely accessible. * Check and safely terminate or remove any remaining redundant wiring and exposed cable ends. * Check the switchboard and remove the dedicated spa breaker/RCBO if appropriate. * Make good any electrical entry points as required. * Test the installation and provide the required electrical compliance documentation. The outdoor isolator/conduit on the spa side has already been removed. The remaining work is primarily the wiring running through the roof space back to the switchboard. Location: Crangan Bay, NSW.

The windows in my bedroom do not accommodate the standard portable aircon window sealing kit. I have fitted the aircon outlet on one corner of the window. The rest of the window would need to be thoroughly sealed off with some sort of weather-resistant material/plastic/tarp etc to ensure hot air doesn't leak inside. It's a rental property, so the job must not leave any permanent damage or mark on the actual window or paint. For the time being, I have sealed off the window from the inside with cardboard with duct-tape, but it did not hold longer than a week before coming off. I will separately pay for materials needed apart from the task fee

Looking for someone experienced to remove and replace the existing roof sheeting on my outdoor area. The area is approximately 9m x 6m (54m²), but I’d prefer someone to come out and measure properly before providing a final quote. What I’m after: • Supply and install all new roof sheeting. • Remove the existing roof sheets. • Want frosted/clear panels in the mix for light. • Take away all old roofing materials and dispose of them at the tip. • Clean up and leave the area tidy once finished. I’m after a complete job, including materials, labour and disposal, rather than just installation. At this stage, I’m looking for a ballpark price to get an idea of the cost before proceeding. Happy to arrange a site visit to measure up and discuss the best options. Please include any relevant experience, an estimated price range and your availability. Thanks!
