Colourbond Fencing Contractor Wanted – Ongoing Work Available We are looking for an experienced and reliable Colourbond fencing contractor to join our team on an ongoing basis. We have just completed a granny flat and require: * 1 x side fence panel * 1 x side gate * Measurements are attached. While this is a small job, we are looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship. We build approximately 20 granny flats per year, and the right contractor will be offered our fencing work going forward after completing a couple of trial jobs. Our standard rates are: * $130 per square metre + GST * $550 per gate + GST These rates are fixed, with no hidden extras. If the job requires planks underneath or any other standard installation requirements to ensure the fence is completed correctly, these are to be included in the above rates and are not to be charged as extras. Our expectations: * Quality workmanship with attention to detail. * The fence must be installed with no gaps or holes underneath, leaving a neat, professional finish. * Reliable communication. * Ability to complete jobs within approximately 2 weeks of being booked. * Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build a long-term relationship with a growing company. Payment Terms: * 50% deposit before commencement. * Remaining 50% paid on a 14-day invoice following completion. Please note that all work will be inspected during the 14-day invoice period to ensure it meets our quality standards before the final payment is released. Typical Work: * Initial stage fencing is generally around 25–30 metres. * Follow-up stage usually consists of side panels and gates once the project is complete. * Approximately 20 projects per year, providing consistent ongoing work for the right. We are looking to do this job ASAP please see attachment for details. This is a very small job to start with to see what kind of work you can do.

I'm looking for a concretor to supply + pour a rebated concrete slab for a 3x3 shed (Absco Shed), which is at least 10cm thick. Rebate to be 75mm wide (inward from outer edge) and 25mm deep (lower than main raised interior level) around the entire perimeter.
