I have a miele ecocomfort w classic washing machine. Tonight while doing a load of washing the alarm went off and it said there was a f11 error code with the “check drainage” illuminated. I emptied the drain (which had some things in it) and then tested it on a short cycle but it happened again saying check drainage. I need it fixed asap as I have washing to do/people coming to stay who will need to use it. Thanks!

The washing machine can just be left downstairs The new washing machine which is already outside my bathroom upstairs then needs to be lifted into its place and then just hook up the hoses / plumbed in , balanced.
