My washing machine is 10 years old, no matter how much it is cleaned there is a constant mould ring in the rubber seal all the way around that won’t go. All products have been tried, next step is to replace the rubber seal completely.

We’ve just had a new Bosch Washing machine and dryer delivered. The washing machine seems to be setup fine but the delivery guy couldn’t connect the drainage on the dryer as he said it wouldn’t fit in the hole. Previously we had both washer and dryer plumbed in, so wanting someone to come over and check dryer, potentially make the hole in the top of the drain a bit bigger so the dryer pipe can fit in, and just generally check both are connected properly and pushed back as far as possible. The machine fits the final footprint perfectly, but because of the layout, it needs to be carefully lifted up and over the toilet bowl/porcelain to get into position. Washing machines are heavy, so this requires proper lifting and careful maneuvering so nothing gets scratched or damaged. What is required: Bring the machine into the bathroom and lift it over the toilet into the cavity. Connect the hot/cold water hoses and the drain hose to the existing standard plumbing taps. Level the feet of the machine so it doesn’t shake. Im not strong enough to lift it so maybe it needs two men.

I'm looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs. My washing machine has recently started leaking a large amount of water from the bottom right-hand side. The leak begins within about 30 seconds of starting any wash cycle, regardless of the setting selected. The drain pump filter cap is not dislodging and I don’t have the screwdriver attachment to take off the bottom panel to dislodge the cap manually.

Hello, The accordion drain hose that the washing machine drain pipe empties into has come loose and water goes everywhere when the machine drains. I am unable to reconnect it. I am not sure if there is a new part required or if it can be fixed with current parts. It doesn’t seem a particularly difficult fix, I just don’t have the know-how/tools to do it myself. I’ve attached a pic of the accordion pipe that has come loose for reference. Thanks
