The error code on my LG ThinQ washing machine is IE, which stands for Inlet Error.

Looking to move a washing machine outside. In order to do this I need an existing water pipe located outside to be extended to allow for a washing machine connection. The pipe already has existing connections but these are capped and require to be opened to extend the new piping. PowerPoint connections are already available.

My washing machine is trying to start and water is getting in but I think there may be an issue with the pipes as it won’t actually start the cycle. Last week it was saying water inlet issue but then it resolved and I ended up doing multiple cycles with no issue but it’s now doing this again today and I can’t get it started. I would like someone who has experience with front loaders to come and investigate and try and resolve. Hoping it’s just a pipe blockage that needs unblocking and it will be fine.
