My washing machine drum is no longer spinning. I have tried to restart it multiple times with no success and have even checked the belt which is still intact. There is nothing wrong with the locking mechanism or with the water and drain. It is just is not spinning. It spins when I manually spin it with my hand but other than that it does not spin. I would really love some help to fix this. The model is WW75H5290EW/SA and it is made by Samsung.

Newly installed washing machine. The cold-water laundry tap leaks from the chrome tap/valve body when turned on. The washing-machine inlet hose connection itself is not leaking. The water inlet at the wall has a cap that is very tightly screwed on and cannot be taken off by hand. The inlet is in a very difficult spot to reach which means proper plumbing tools are required.
