Hello, I have an Irritrol Kwikdial brand control box which keeps flashing the word 'Fuse'. I had this issue a long time ago and it turned out that a solenoid valve needed replacing. I do not know if it is the same this time and a solenoid needs replacing or whether the control box needs replacing. The system would be about 14 years old.
