The existing appliances are older Smeg units, and we can’t access the openings underneath to measure them ourselves. Please check the cabinet and benchtop openings, available depth, clearances, gas connection and electrical connection. We’d like you to recommend replacement models that will fit, then provide a separate quote to remove the old appliances and install the new ones, including any cabinet adjustments. The $100 budget is for the measuring and advice visit only; no installation is required at this visit. Photos and the existing oven manual dimensions are available. I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

The knobs on my Technika gas stove get stuck and occasionally don't turn. Needs to be repaired and all 4 knobs need to be replaced. I do not have replacement knobs so, happy to pay additional cost replacement knobs. Stove top has not been serviced or repaired since I moved into this property in 2019. *6/7/26 - Update: 4 knobs now do not turn at all. Even removing the plastic knob cover, the metal rod (?) underneath also doesn't turn when using a wrench. It appears to be an issue with the cook top itself. I have broken one of the plastic knobs trying to turn it, so ideally want to replace all 4 now.

Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.
