Gas cooktop sparking issue . It looks like its has stuck and the spark doesnot stop. Also one of them doesn't spark at all.

Supply and install new 60cm cooktop and scrap the old unit. Technika 60cm Stainless Steel Gas Cooktop (TGC6GX). $349 at Appliance Warehouse Supply and install new 60cm rangehood and scrap the old unit. $199 at Appliance Warehouse. Must be able to order and get refund for the items if items does not fit as tenant has not given the details.

The kitchen cupboard next to the stovetop smells like gas (the gas piping runs through this cupboard). It's unknown where the gas is leaking from. It's been turned off at the mains for now. We need someone to inspect it, find out whether the gas leak is, and repair it. Licensed gasfitters only.

I have a free-standing gas cooktop / oven that was removed when the floors of my villa unit were sanded. I now need to have the unit re-installed and fitted off again. The unit is sitting just out in the courtyard and it requires being lifted in up 1 small step and then back into its original position. The kitchen is next to the back door. The property is about to be listed on the market and photos are being taken on Thurs 20th August, so the job needs to be done ASAP prior to this date.

The knobs on my Technika gas stove get stuck and occasionally don't turn. Needs to be repaired and all 4 knobs need to be replaced. I do not have replacement knobs so, happy to pay additional cost replacement knobs. Stove top has not been serviced or repaired since I moved into this property in 2019. *6/7/26 - Update: 4 knobs now do not turn at all. Even removing the plastic knob cover, the metal rod (?) underneath also doesn't turn when using a wrench. It appears to be an issue with the cook top itself. I have broken one of the plastic knobs trying to turn it, so ideally want to replace all 4 now.

One of the burners of our gas stove is not working properly. The flame is not holding up.

Need kitchen sink, gas cooktop and tap disconnected for kitchen demolition and complete removal. Need them all completely removed to within wall cavity. Please note that gas has been fully disconnected from the property, so there is actually no gas running to the cooktop. It just needs to be removed to any point within the wall.

I just need a gas stove connected. Previous gas stove was leaking after pressure test was done (connection has been capped as in photo) so new stove bought and needs connecting.
